We define the included plumbing work and identify related work that may require a builder or other qualified contractor. Electrical, cabinetry, countertops, framing, concrete, drywall, waterproofing, tile and painting are not included unless specifically stated.

We install or relocate plumbing for toilets, lavatories, tubs, showers and approved bathroom fixtures according to the planned layout and available piping access.
Kitchen Plumbing
We provide plumbing connections for sinks, faucets, dishwashers, disposals, ice makers and other approved kitchen fixtures or appliances included in the project scope.
WATER, DRAIN AND VENT RELOCATION
Fixture relocation may require changes to water piping, drainage and venting. Feasibility depends on slope, pipe size, structural conditions, existing utilities and access.
Fixture and Appliance Installation
We install owner-supplied or contractor-supplied plumbing fixtures when products are present, complete, compatible and approved for the intended application. Missing, damaged or incompatible components may require additional work.
